These resorts got me weeping

Going to Punta Cana in the DR on the 30th for a week brehs. Can't wait.
my 2 favs that i've stayed at are
1) singita faru faru in tanzania where we stayed on my honeymoon. the property is located right in the middle of the serengetti. everything was perfect. the staff was incredible (we liked the lady who looked after us so much we used her name to come up w my daughter's name). you come and go for safari into the game park directly from the property pretty much at your own schedule. the food was outstanding. the spa was insanely nice. and panoramic window in our room opened directly into the park so you can watch the animals. serious luxury.
2) cap juluca in anguilla. the property is a tiny bit dated, so the room itself wasn't exactly the nicest i've ever stayed in. but the beach setting is unmatched. each room open directly onto the beach, and the beach is the most beautiful i've ever seen. the food was also very very good.

I love to travel but i always get sick (food bourne shiit or extreme nausea).
Other than that, i don't cuz i can't afford it. A lot of posters here live an affluent lifestyle. Lucky.

the good thing about most resorts is that there's different restaurants on the island, but they typically all rotate in different ethnic cuisines. When I went, they had sushi, beautiful fish, roast lamb, beef wellington, seafood, italian, chinese, indian, french, just a bunch of top notch food. Then if you feeling like you just want a burger they got that too. They got desserts out the ass.
Then most resorts would also have separate a la carte restaurants.
I think the view in every island is beautiful cuz most islands are far from each other so there's nothing but ocean view, sunsets, sunrises, the way it reflects off the water, then you see dolphins often. I stayed 7 days. It was sad to leave.

Sad thing is I been working for starwood for almost 6 years and havent taken advantage of the huge discount we get for all starwood properties
