Here's where you're dishonest because you know that I've already proven that wrong. All cops do have some responsibility in the abuse if black people because they condone and support the behavior. You haven't seen one cop come out against any other cop who has murdered a black person. You didn't even see any cops come out against the cops in Cleveland who murdered Tamir Rice. Cops take an oath to uphold the law and protect the rights of citizens but they place their solidarity to each other above that, and that makes them responsible for those cops who abuse their power.
