Based on what? I don't get it. He wasn't even charged. So if the Prosecutor dropped how can the friggin school not drop it? Just a set up. FSU is trying to save face and listening to the court of opinion if they suspend him.

Yea as the analyst said.....he probably shouldnt have taken part in it...

The thing I worried about with him saying nothing (since its not like a regular trial)

the girl can cry her eyes out to the judge about her being raped. Jameis saying nothing, but reading a letter might be enough for the judge to take action.

He doesnt need proof to punish Jameis.

Her lawyer said 2 or 3 weeks (when it was Dec 5) So probably soon.

However, there is a chance it may come either after the semi final.

We ALL know that obviously this all stems from Jameis not goin to jail for those rape allegations.

Many whites feel as tho "this ****** got away with raping a wholesome innocent white girl" when in fact the chick was a certified campus thot that loved to get smutted out by nikkaz. This is where all of this Jameis hate stems from.

The black man has historically and unfairly wore the "white woman rapist badge" for decades. This apparent fear that has been falsely created to demonize black men is total bullshyt. Especially because historically whites have been proven to be the biggest rapists. The shyt is almost laughable

• 10 class days...the decision could come anytime between now and January 4th I believe.

Appeals process is only 15 days. Rules aren't clear if that is 15 school days or just 15 general days. But either way, it's 15 days. Regardless, even just 15 days gets you past the national title game assuming a decision isn't rendered until school starts again.

Also, any decision rendered is placed on hold during the appeals process, meaning if he was found responsible for something it wouldn't take effect until appeal was complete. But there aren't any rules about how FSU Football is supposed to handle the situation, meaning it could go either way. You can pretty much suspend a guy from playing for anything, so it would be in the school's power to suspend Jameis from football pending the appeal or to not suspend him pending the appeal.

Personally I'm not too worried about it because I think it is unlikely he is found responsible for anything. But it will be nice to have it be over, at least this phase of it.

im sure pressure from the rest of college football would get to them and force him to play

theres too much money at stake to let fla state start oleary or whomever vs oregon

I guess kind of similar to the Terrelle Pryor situation a few years back. They let him play the bowl game, but said he'd be suspended to start next year.

He bounced to the league though.
