How can jameis deal with this man? This is what makes nikkas go crazy :mjcry:

Rothlisberger raped 2 chicks and he didn't get this type of hate

Its never going away breh. I'm starting to accept that fact. Jameis has officially become the symbol for "Rape culture/Star athlete treatment"

Doesnt matter about facts.

Two things are clear. The police did him no favors. No matter how flimsy her case was if they took it more serious it would have been resolved a long time ago.

Jameis getting in trouble (although it was petty stuff) has given them the fuel needed to come down harm on him at every turn.

These folks act like he's teflon....when he's not. He was suspended from the baseball team for the crabs legs. He was suspended from the football team for the vulgar meme.

But it doesnt matter. Thats the narrative. And thats what it will always be.

new era man...its 2014. social media took things to another level. I mean the entire nation knows about some dude alex from target cuz some girl took one picture. Next week he is on ellen :beli:

I agree that things are different now that social media is around, but Ben wasnt getting articles written about him by the NY times or Washington Post proclaiming his guilt. His two incidents are pretty much forgotten now. This stuff is going to follow Jameis for his entire career

you can't tell me there isn't an agenda against this man. It is clear as day. How does dude focus?

Thing is he was playing at a historic level (last year) until the allegations came out.

Jameis Winston: Before & After the Sexual Assault Allegations Went Public
Prior to public allegations, Winston averaged 9.99 yards per play. After, that number is 7.76– a significant drop. One reason for this is that Winston was completing a better percentage of his passes before the circus began: 70.25%, to be exact, compared to 65.17 post media-blitz.

But the most jarring statistics involve Winston’s passer rating. After the allegations went public, Winston’s passer rating is 154.85.

He's been strong through all of this. But it has affected him. Its a shame they wont let him have a clear mind and let him live.

I always said he needed that "Kobe moment" though.

Kobe sat up in front of the media and flat out denied that shyt fiercely.

I just wish FSU/Jimbo would have let him have that 3 minute presser flat out denying it and letting it go.

Duke Lacrosse kids did the same from what I remember.

The silence gave cac media a reason to run with it. So much so they created this narrative that FSU has something to hide.
Its all bullshyt. Just read the reports. But no ones wants to do that.

Its all about clicks now.

Well last year I wanted him to stay silent for legal reason, but at this point I think he should he get on camera and adamantly deny he did anything wrong.

Oh I get staying silent for legal reasons. I wasnt saying take questions or anything. But just let people hear him say that these allegations are false. Big Ben did this as well.

I know he did it at the Heisman ceremony. But that was after they concluded it.

And yea I see.

@Darealtwo1 I hope you see too.
