you do know ESPN and the NYT had the transcripts before her right? How would it blow up? And nothing in the transcripts make me think he's guilty. If anything the first witness and first day of testimony made her seem like a flat out liar

No. Its about the angle that the hearing was a sham. Not about Winston was guilty or not.
No one really broke it down. So I wouldnt be surprised if they spin this as FSU putting wins over justice.
Dude from Sports Illustrated just tweeted it as well.
ETA: Again. This is the day before the playoff. I'll give the girl and her lawyers this much credit. They are well timed.
Press conference before the Heisman last year. ABC interview day after NC. Hearing before ACC championship game this year. Now this.
Jameis doesn't have anything to worry about because he won. They can't do anything to him. It's just noise.

So the whole media still sees Jameis as guilty even though, the chick changed her story 6-7 times, but it's the school's fault?
If you read that article it makes it look like Jameis raped her hands down. But they didn't interview Erica's friend the one that testified she saw the text message telling Erica to come outside. Erica asked the girl whose name I forget if she should go and her friend tells her it's up to you.
I guess they couldn't find her for this hearing or just omitted her.
nah, she's in there. She told the same version at the hearing which is why I said the first witness makes her seem like a liar. Reporters like her leave those witnesses out every time because they want Winston to appear guilty and take the side of the accuser. I read the first day and was like ain't no way dude raped her. Her story about why she left with Winston is absolutely nonsensical

Yet, in the police reports. The friend who called her parents (and was later interviewed by police) said that she told her she was hit in the head and raped.

That is all good but this is what I was talking about. Monique Kessler is Erica's friend who when interviewed by the TPD during their investigation said she saw the text to Erica that read, "meet me out front." Monique said she didn't know the number that text came from. Erica then asked Monique, "should I go?" Monique replied "you can go" and "within a few seconds" Erica was gone.
This is what Monique Kessler who was with Erica that night at Potbelly's told the investigator who was interviewing her after meeting with Erica's lawyers team. If you read the article you'll see a link to a 15-page report put together by investigator Jason Newlin. The Monique Kessler quotes will be the first paragraph on page 12. IMO that right there derails Erica's accusation in it's tracks.
dawg that ain't even the trip part. She said she left with Jameis and his friends because she was intimidated. She said they didn't threaten her or grab her and force her to leave with them but she was intimidated because they were 3 huge strange men that she never met(Ronald Darby like 5'11 tho lol). How the fukk were you intimidated then? Nobody dd anything to you or threatened you but you intimidated and felt like you had to leave?
