FSU did sub...BUT!
If the ref wants to slow the game down to give em time he has to stand on the ball infront of the center..not behind. Thats why jameis moved him out the way.
The ref didn't throw any flags because he realized that he was in the wrong.
The fake outrage by white america is just because jameis and fsu are still undefeated and they want them to lose so badly.
