Not necessarily true in all cases. I say this because i am an engineer and 2 of my mentors whom ive worked with were making less than their male counterparts. The first one i could understand because he skills lacked in comparison to the others even tho their ttles were the same. But the best one was the one who trained me at the company im at now. - men she had more relevant industry experience than
- men she had more education than
- men she was training (She did most of our training sessions and knowledge transfers)
Most of them making more than her. And when i say more we're talking $20K and more and these are mofos who she trained and that come to here every day for help with shyt.
Now are there shytty jobs that women tend to take that dont and should NOT pay as much as men? YES. And for those i dont condone equal pay. hell no. But let's not like there isnt a real gap.
