Yes, when I was training for football in highschool I pushed my pop's SUV up a hill. Basically the same thing as a push sled.

My dad used old school shyt to train me. I was chopping wood, pushing SUVs, carrying Bricks...

I had multiple division 1A offers and a couple division 1AA offers.
