Chopped and screwed Thursday :ahh:

I JUST got into the chopped and screwed game because I needed some more/new XO in my life :noah:, and both of you posted two of my favorite tracks chopped & screwed (altho J-purp may be talking about the entire album).

This shyt sounds amazing.

Every C&S of the same song doesn't sound the same (some are better than others), so I end up getting them from different people and making a compilation of songs by which ones are best. I haven't listened to an entire album C&S because some songs aren't meant for it (i.e. uptempo songs like "The Birds pt 1" & "Initiation), but when you hear the right the one, the shyt sounds like an entirely new song:

As far as this thread, it's exhibit A of why I fukks with The Weeknd's music so much. Look at all of the different opinions in here as to what's his best body of work - it's the mark of a great who released four separate projects that sound different from each other. I didn't fully appreciate Thursday until it dropped with the Trilogy. The mixing did wonders for it.

don't forget Montreal nikka....:wow:

but it's a crime that Abel didn't get enough mainstream exposure with HOB....an album like that should have swept the grammy the year it dropped...
