why would 98 degrees kill a cow? I live in a city that has cows around and it gets to 110-115 here every summer

In Cali where it's hot it's also dry as fukk, cools down at night, and they provide shade for the cows. Also the dumb Tariq tweet lied about the temperature, it actually hit 104 not 98.
In Kansas when the cows died it wasn't just cause it hit 104. It's cause the humidity was relatively high, the cows weren't given shade, the nighttime temps didn't drop down low enough so they didn't get relief, and it's early in the season so many of the cows still had some of their thicker winter coat that hadn't come off yet.
