I've already stated I tend to believe the victim. In fact, dealing with victims of abuse/sexual assault is my field of work. People get acquitted of sexual assault everyday. Not because they arent guilty, but because its hard to prove. Unless there are bruises, black eyes etc and all that, there's really no way to distinguish rape from consensual sex. Yes "some* people make false claims, but thats minuscule compared to all the legit claims. Just my personal feeling though.

Had a young girl from spelman who was ubering me to Diamonds in Atlanta and I asked her to stop me at an ATM before pulling up and I offered to give her cash instead of charging through the app so she can take it as a cash tip.
