nothing wrong with NC, I’m just not in the mood for it. First post-Covid trip and it’s there; that’s a long ass ride (bc they want to sight see among the way, *ugggghh), it’s too hot, being around all of those friendly southern hospitality people. At least 1000 people talking about my accent trying to spark up convos. They say “how are you” , I say “thanks for asking, fine” and they stand there waiting looking like I’m supposed to say other words after - fine. Putting all my selfish emotions aside, gotta do it for my parents; love em they’ve been there for us so it’s only right to accommodate them with this as they get older. That being said- I’ll be off this for a few days starting now. Hold it down. Be safe and take care of yourself

You know, people will be quick to say "would 50 women just lie like that". What is more absurd, 50 women telling a like or more than 50 percent of white women voting for Donald Trump?
This isn't a "Grrrr, Trump bad. Grrr, fukk anyone who votes for him" type thing. It is just a reminder to not put stock on people's sense of right and wrong serving as an appropriate check on acting for their self-interest.
