Vince really needs to go away at this point.

Just step aside even for a few months and let someone else show him wha they can possibly do.

Vince McMahon is the Al Davis of Wrestling. Out of touch, old and stubborn. He can't STAND that things he did back in the day is not working now a days. He is unable to adapt to what the audience wants because he doesn't WANT to. His ego is so big he will never allow himself to conform to it.

He is NEVER going to step down in power as long as he is breathing. And it probably pisses him off that his son in law is running a better WRESTLING show then him. Which is probably why he is only pushing some of them to an extant because HE didn't have a hand in creating them.

Which is also why I'm nervous for Nakamura, Finn, Joe, and the rest of them when they get that call up. Don't matter how popular they are in NXT..if Vince ain't fukking with them..it's a wrap .
