I played ball today for the first time in like a year and a half against a speedy 18 year at the ymca after lifting. I felt like my lungs were going to explode and wanted to choke that energetic jit and while I’ve never been big like this dude, my stamina was dead, but I was way more skilled. Skills really can carry you against the average Joe playing pickup ball
