Yeah, I don't believe that part. Shea Moisture sells "well" but it doesn't end up "sold out" anywhere, even when they have a Buy One, Get One Free sale.
Black women have been branching out (a lot of fantastic Black-owned and produced hair product lines have been materializing in recent years, targeting very specific issues), and many have no issue moving to another Black company when shunned by one.
