:AIwhat:
The season he won his Super Bowl, Peyton had one of the league's best defenses led by Dwight Freeney and Bob Sanders. As a matter of fact, people who followed the Colts attribute the Super Bowl victory to the Colts' defense; it certainly wasn't because of Peyton's postseason performance. And since he's been in Denver, he's had an elite defense.
You haven't a clue.

No he didn't.
Actual Facts:
-Bob Sanders, who "lead one of the best defenses in the league", played 4 out of 16 regular season games.
-Indy as a team gave up 22.5 points per game which was bottom 10 in the NFL.
-They gave up 332 yards per game, which was bottom 12.
-They gave up 4.3 yards per rush, which was bottom 10.
-At the time they were the WORST defense statistically to ever win a SB. It's possible this is no longer true.
-They gave up 375 rushing yards in a single game to the shytty ass Jags.
Team turned it up in the postseason but GTFO out of here with this baseless bullshyt.
I guess rewriting history to spin narratives is what's cool in 2015.
This is one of the worst, most uninformed posts I've seen in this section in a while.
