You do realize that the court brief has already been filed? That's exactly what the Trump Administration has asked to happen. They just have to win the case now.

True, but his base is only 35% and only constitutes a majority in something like 140 electoral votes. His base gets him halfway to the presidency, he has to pull 15-20% of the remaining voters to actually win.
