Used to work in a small business owned by an alcoholic. He had a beer fridge always fully loaded in his warehouse. You wouldn't believe how that shyt got him some loyal workers. Dudes who care about drinking but making peanuts. They clung to that job forever. And one cac would still go out after making peanuts living in public housing and blow his money on a case of 24 after drinking at work.

I told this story before… but I was working a bullshyt retail job straight out of college. My manager was some middle aged bloated CAC.

He came into work first thing in the morning and pulled out a whole bottle of vodka. He slammed the bottle on the table and said:

“Care to join me?”

Me: “Nah, I’m good. You enjoy that yourself.”

Him: “Your loss.”

Needless to say, he didn’t last long. The fukkery stories with that guy deserves its own thread.
