Lmaolmao this isn't true. nikkas were caught off guard by that NO gunplay culture but once nikkas got up to speed between FPC and Braeswood, nikkas were downing NO nikkas in the near triple digits for the next 3 years after Katrina. There was a nikka on the Northside that was linked to murking 20 NO nikkas on his own. nikkas realized that the HPD didn't care about dead NO nikkas and started downing them in bunches.
