And even if the accuser did break the confidentiality agreement, you can't draw blood from a turnip because it's doubtful this IG thot has $400,000 (or anything for that matter) for restitution & we know the judicial system isn't going to punish her or demand that Bradley be repaid.

That's the most fukked up part. Not even saying the 'victim' leaked it because TMZ has all kinds of resources it seems to get this type of information but now that it's out AB can't even discuss it to make clear what exactly the settlement was for. Did he really do it or was it just trying to keep his jump off out of the media.

A lot of the problem is TMZ because most of this classified information is released & reported by them. Theses athletes & entertainers need to form a liaison & start taking legal action against TMZ because they are the main reason as to why these confidentiality agreements are made public.
