Pistol charge is a felony down here, first offense or no. The drugs makes it having a weapon in the commission of a crime, that's another felony.

Couple of possession with intent counts - felonies. The pills are a manufactured substance, and they take that serious down here, so that's another felony.

And who knows what else they hit him with in that small ass town. That makes a big difference too.
