I feel like the people who think Grodt is a classic are misinformed rap fans who never heard a BDP or Epmd album and are influenced by sales numbers and other business metrics.

Even tho it's New York it's not even close to Illmatic, several Griselda albums, several Mobb Deep albums.

Also Epmd albums on a whole are much greater to me than Grodt.

Ppl are thinking cultural impact with sales.

Chino XL albums to me are far greater than Grodt.
