they built them here in dallas a few years back. all of them are trash, pretty sure its gonna be the same in atlanta
the ones in chicago are better but i haven't had one in the chi over 10 years
the ones here in dallas were packed first month they opened because of the hype. everytime i drive past one its damn near empty pretty sure its getting shut down soon

See even you admit that’s not AtlantaKennesaw is 90 minutes to Tennessee compared to 25 minutes to Atlanta.

Whether you eat them in Chicago or in Dallas, Italian Beef sandwhiches are mid AF. Bland flavorless ass sammich. I aint a hater though, Portillos actually makes pretty good burgers though so they do have that going for them.

Used to be a highlight of visiting Chicago area for work at my first job.
Y'all love this place, it's crazy.
Imo it is overrated.
.gold coast dogs Is way better. even down to the fries.
gold cosst dogs >>>>> portillos's & five guys.
1/3 triple char burger w/celery sslt from gold coast = goat hamburger stand boiger
Goldcoast char turkey burger = goat turkey burger to find in the wild
You can get a double char turkey or a triple at gold coast
Twisted spoke = goat fried chicken sammich
Get a double if you live like that.

They got one in Buena Park ca. i dont get the hype. The strawberry shortcake was bangin. Italian beef aint seeing a good cheesesteak. Burgers was surprisingly good

I remember when Whatsburger came to Atlanta. I was doing some training in Marietta and stopped by. Line was ridiculous.
Finally got my burger and it was mid.
Tried it two more times and it just doesn’t hit like Texas. That never frozen Texas beef is where it’s at.
The family sold it to a conglomerate and they expanded it all over the US. Now all the locations are empty as hell.
The BOBs are still hitting though. That’s all I would get if I’m near one.
