I don't get the whole Italian beef craze. It's a mid-tier sandwich to me :manny: ; it's just some thinly sliced beef with peppers submerged in an au jus sauce piled onto a French or Italian roll šŸ„–.

It reminds me of a French Dip, which is virtually the same thing, minus the peppers, and altered presentation; soaked vs dipped.
