The guy who did 5 and 6, Justin Lin isn't returning, the guy they've replaced him with James Wan says it will be like the older car films,
where the car scenes/chases relied on Horror and tension, so they'll be less CGI and it wont be as over the top as the last two. He also said it will be like that film Deathwish, a revenge flick movie he made that starred Kevin Bacon.
