400 degrees for 20 minutes for a thin ass pizza is crazy man.

If you were doing one from scratch, with a fairly thick crust....you wouldn't even use 400 degrees. You'd do around 350-375 for 25-30 minutes.

I make pizza from scratch fairly regularly and I set my oven at 475 - 500 and leave it in for 13 minutes. How thick of a crust are you talking about?

We're probably talking about roughly the same crust but I'm not gonna tell dude to turn his oven up more, and cook it for less time....when his problem was he forgot the pizza in the first place.

350-375 for 25-30 minutes gives him a big ass margin for error. Which is what he mentioned.

I leave in there for a tad bit too long and the oven acting like it was on 4000 degrees. Smh. I set that shyt on Juvenile, which is 400 degrees. I forgot about this pizza for a measly 20 minutes and the oven acting like it was 20 hours. This shyt supposed to be a smart oven. If it was so smart, it would have shut off when my pizza was done and let the kid live. nikkas not trying to see me eat pizza. And don’t get me started on Whole Foods and these thin ass pizzas. Skinny ass pizzas. If shyt wasn’t so thin, it would have burnt up so quick. They don’t wanna see me win
You nikkas will find ANY REASON to complain these days. The oven gets too hot?!?! :childplease:
