What is ray tracing?
It's a feature exclusive to Xbox and PC, ps5 has global illumination which is a poor man's version of Ray tracing. It's a tactic that has been used in this current gen so it's nothing revolutionary.

you get a TV with good ray tracing and it lights the TV better also with deeper contrast, darker blacks and more vibrant effects
you do get the reflections out of it, and way better more natural looking lighting. I know you're probably playing but whatever... For spiderman, a good example would be a night shot looking down at the city.... instead of just having normal shop lighting and street lights... you'd get a more glow feel with the reflections and warmth hitting the pavement and bouncing naturally. The streetlights would give off a fuzz feeling in NYC and shadows would come into play heavy when you swung under them. They could make central park look good with haze and light cutting through it with mosquitos and lightning bugs floating through the colors. Spiderman would be a good game if you were standing still or long shots, but if you were swinging most of that shyt would be lost, besides maybe car headlights if they tune them right.
Guess ray tracing the buzzword this gen
They used Fabuloso to mop the floor
