but i do think this was a go fund me scam gone wrong looking at that driveway, it was in a horrible condition so she wants a new one.

the news picked it up tho so now she gotta do a dance when everyone knows there is something fishy going on.

Depends on the material. If you know what you're doing you can mix the crumbled ashalt with a gravel mixture and spray liquid asphalt over it to get a cheaper driveway. I don't think that is what happened here. No one is risking prison for a year and chip created driveway
