I understand dancing can hold up the graduation and can be inappropriate, but damn, really. 
Antagonize police and expect them not to react brehs and brehettes.

A little two step is cool but this is where the "its not that serious" shyt gets you, entire sideshows with everyone juking nonstop.. I dont see what breh did wrong, he telling them move they ass along.. Got to have some type of order.. shyt becomes nonstop chaos enabling bs.. 
Let's play devil's advocate... We see black graduations all the time doing the absolute most. These events are timed and scheduled. All the dancing and attention seeking holds everything and everyone up... The school probably has to pay the venue for violating time limit (maybe).. but we see this shyt happening at damn near every other celebratory black event. We can celebrate without always overdoing it. I'm sure the cop is there cuz the school got tired of the bs
