About to do to Jamaica what Andrew did to Miami.

It won't be unrecognizable. It's just gonna be fukked up, is all. They're gonna lose alot of the trees since, believe it or not, trees/branches/foliage actually helps break some of that wind (*Beavis and Butthead chuckle*) that's going to be gusting and surging throughout that ordeal. They'll be without power for probably half a year, but the rebuilding process will restore it back to it's former glory, while the trees catch themselves and replenish. Jamaica will be alright and alot of Caribbean folk already lining up, waiting for the opportunity to help it get back on it's feet.

Been thru a few hurricanes during my life living on coastal SC.

Went through a Category 4 in Hurricane Hugo back in Middle School there in '89. shyt is no joke.

hopefully Jamaica won't have it too rough.

It's true... alot of other groups have pushed out the jamaican black folks from their own beaches and lands and took over. gentrified them out... in jamaica. but when asked why we get told to shut up... ijs

EDIT: i am also pointing out the fact that after this storm passes I fully expect white & asian corporations to rebuild and take over the island from the black folks.. and it pisses me off. irregardless.
