If people really paid attention to the majority of his accusers, a lot of them always start with “I was supposed to be this big movie star” and essentially blame him for their careers not panning out for whatever reason. So none of this should really be surprising.

The other problem is one of generation.

The females suing Weinstein are younger and I guarantee you the jury will have at least one if not more woman who thinks they're all whores and that they put themselves in that position etc.

I could also see him settling all of the lawsuits and then the prosecutors allowing him to plead guilty to some far lesser crime, which they'll excuse by saying "the victims didnt want to cooperate anymore and we were worried he would be acquitted"
