Think about it - if youre Jason Kidd, or Derek Fisher.... and the chips are down... shouldnt you be able to put on that uniform one last time and finish the job yourself?

Uh, like in baseball, the coach is wearing a uniform. But like Tommy Lasorda would never go on the field.
If they had coaches in a uniform instead of suit, maybe. I don't think it's a good idea though. It would be better for a second stringer to step in. That's their role... sit on the bench, warm it up, maybe see 5 minutes of court time, drink free gatorade and cool water, access to jump-offs, get paid thousands of dollars. :blessed: Shane Battier has it made.
