Most games start at 7pm with some games startng at 10:30pm end at 1 or some shyt.

By 9:30pm est I'm basically sleep

They already do this on weekends, yea baseball has weekday daytime starts but its during the summer when many people are on vacation.

Arenas are the whole point. Even if working from home. You need time to get there.

they need to show more games on broadcast television. I think that's one of the reasons the NFL is so popular, you get alot of free games to see throughout the season. Having a cable based league when a lot of people simply gave up on cable is kind of silly to me.

I dont know about 4 pm but the super late start times for some of these nba games is something the league needs to adjust
