I said dmv, he should be able to recruit there and a couple southern states and get talent, and it’s not a far trip for ma and pop to see they pride and joy, as for his recruiting, he’s a bit lazy, i had the homey on the cast talk about he could have got a 2 for if he invited the kid up from Columbus ga, his brother who was rated harder would have come, also Kenny i believe said he wasn’t on the trail like that, but ok, i feel you, to me it’s not a come up it’s a deficit
And you compared 3 state to 1. The whole play near my peoples thing is null and void now. What advantage is Maryland to Michigan St when you don’t have first dibs on your regions talent. Look at MSU. Of their commits for 24 only 2 are in state. College Football Recruiting Classes - ESPN
Ain’t no want to in College Park like there is in East Lansing.

You think they would have if the interim dude didn't have success?

Same reason that OSU pushed Meyer out for Day. Had Day lost just one of those four games he probably wouldn't have got the OSU head job.
I’m confused, Boston’s interim was an up and comer but no experience and it showed in the playoffs. For MSU, the now interim is the only guy with AHC or multiple years coordinator experience

Breh was a made man and he threw it all away. He suckered those idiots into giving him a 10 year, $95 mil contract when he was an average-at-best coach for his entire career. His buyout alone would keep MSU from firing him.

Now MSU might be able to get out of paying him his buyout and even if they do, his ex-wife is taking half of that anyways. :francis:

:dwillhuh: Yeah, They gave him a year to show he could do it and he did.

- Best record in the East
- Lost in 7 in the ECF
- Is 10 years younger than Ime

I think every GM in the league would've made the same call.

Jimbo gonna be available in the off-season :russ:
I know you fukkin around but low key that’s the type of name they’ll be lookin at..because idk what legit up and comer would want to take that job..

And they gonna need someone who can either coach his ass off like Dantonio (which is hard to get) or just find some high level recruiter/desperate nikka like Jimbo and hope he hire some fire assistants .
