from this podcast, they said that the lady didn't initially accuse tucker...it was a 3rd party who leaked it and had a vested interest in getting rid of mel tucker and after it leaked, the lady had to clarify and stand her ground on what happened

If I'm not mistaken, the only people that are aware of any identities would be 1) her (complainant), 2) Mel (person being accused) and 3) 3rd party investigators.
It makes zero sense that Mel would leak it. Also doesn't make sense that the investigators would leak it... She claims she didn't but has more to gain than anyone else w/ a leak.

Idk how Michigan State’s title ix office operates, but I used to work in Student Affairs at a school. That “3rd Party investigator” is probably the title ix office. I don’t think they leaked it, but they have to talk to people to gain more information. Outside of the accused and the accuser, they probably had to snoop around the athletic department. I can see an opportunist there hearing that and putting the pressure on officer and gaining information.
