Not to mention him getting a massive extension at MSU, allegedly because LSU or someone else was gonna snag him. I get it on some level. He slapped up Michigan a couple times and despite being left with virtually nothing by Dantonio he pulled off what seemed to be a quick rebuild. Only for none of his recruits to do jack shyt and everything to fall apart after Kenneth Walker left. I still don't understand how all this happened. There will be a documentary on this one day.

Without a shred of doubt Mel/Mel's agent was pushing that "LSU is interested" agenda. From what I hear from LSU brehs on here, they were never seriously considering him. Props to him and his agent for being able to secure that deal, he clearly was not deserving.
