All of the educated brothers I know, are employed intheir respective fields, earning a good living.

At those low level retail jobs and such, yeah they'll hire a female or limp wristed guy to manage things over a regular brother. Black women typically have negative net worth because they go to college, rack up loans and study something that isn't going to make them any money in the long run.

Black men, despite having lower enrollment numbers, typically pick up a trade or something which pays higher than a career with a soft degree.

Major in sociology and expect to make more than a person with a real, marketable skill, brehettes.
