Black women typically have negative net worth because they go to college, rack up loans and study something that isn't going to make them any money in the long run.

Black men, despite having lower enrollment numbers, typically pick up a trade or something which pays higher than a career with a soft degree.

Major in sociology and expect to make more than a person with a real, marketable skill, brehettes.

In addition, Black women, like all women, like to spend money. Therefore, their net worth is typically in the red.
Except for the fact that women in THE SAME FIELDS receive less pay than males in that same field.

There's a lot that goes into that. Women also tend to take more time off, are less willing to travel extensively for work, etc. That gets priced in.

If you want to get paid like men, you've got to be willing to make the sacrifices men make.

By the way, Black women are not heavily represented in financial services, consulting or tech. So, the discrepancies between Black men and women in those industries is a moot point.

The article controlled for that. That was the STARTING salary (straight out of an MBA programs) for FULL-TIME workers.

Men don't really take a lot of time off work. Men also typically log longer hours at work.

Breh this should be common sense but people still like to go on and on about how men make more than women. Knowing full well there is a completely logical explanation for it and it's not discrimination.

I hire a man and a woman. I pay them both $20 an hour. I mean, it's for the same position. How could I even legally pay different rates if I wanted to?

Man clocks 180 hours for the month. $3600

Woman clocks 135 hours for the month. $2700

Bam! My situation gets included in a study that says women make less than men at the same job. Notice these studies never say women encounter a lower pay rate than men at the same job position. The whole study would fall to pieces if they did.

They want someone they're not scared of, or know is emasculated, henceforth why jobs hire Black women and/or Gay Black males before they hire a hetero Black male.

I see it all the time, when me and my girl hit the mall or even at our local gym, its always a fakkit,lesbian or hetero Black female at the helm and a hetero Black male used as security or some other low on the totem pole position.

Just letting you know why the fakkits are pushing their agenda more and more harder and the rewards that have come out of feminism and the homo movements, which is why fakkits and women get along so much, henceforth also why feminists and the fakkit community hate Black power and Black rights, because it focuses mainly on the hetero Black male who has been the most attacked in this system.

They want safe and non threatening black people working these places.

It's not even (just) the gay agenda...that's that white male insecurity right there. They don't want to have to deal with a black man that is probably ly their equal or better than them and they don't want a black man eying up "his" (I use the word his is quotations marks cause I've noticed white males feel entitled to any female even if they're his coworkers...very sexist) women.
