when you google "Chris Rock rape" there are like 3 or 4 articles from over a decade ago that don't really have any concrete evidence in them.
If there was more this stuff would have came up at the height of #Metoo or when "The Slap" happened because alot of women hated Chris Rock then. I'm sure they all google him looking for dirt and came back with this story that has few details.

Paternity tests concluded that the child wasn't his. She claims he attacked her and forced her to perform Oral sex on him, then went on a date with him the next week where she says he forced himself on her. A judge also went on to throw out 12 of the 13 claims.
There isn't much information on any of this, but it doesn't seem credible at all that Chris raped her, and he def isn't the father of her child.
