In time robots will outlive their usefulness and become obsolete as man attempts to mount himself into god hood with even more advanced techno sorcery. Feel bad for a machine. That is insanity. When individuals invest time into objects that are animated or inanimate they develop chemical attachments in their minds.

A man with a favorite coffee mug will feel great emotional distress if someone smashes that mug on the ground. If I broke my grandmas favorite walking stick she would be sad like boohoo

A robot is no different friend. The more time you spend using robots as companions, helpers and friends the greater the attachment you will feel for them and this feeling will extend to robots as a whole as you fall further into your insanity. This is why techno sorcery is going to be a big issue in the future. Sorcery is captivating. Human beings falling in love with metal.
