I had to go to 3 different stores before I could find a copy of dragonball xenoverse for ps3. places like best buy were only stocking the next-gen versions. I went into gamestop and and they don't even have ps3 games on the shelf anymore, only next-gen stuff. I had to go to a little mom & pop's store to find a copy for ps3. what's up with that? I don't remember ps2 games being phased out so quickly when ps3 came out. they were around for YEARS

Why you going through all of that trouble when Amazon and other online retailers sell that shyt?:dwillhuh:

Brick & Mortar stores can't afford to carry every game title all willy-nilly like that anymore.

stores don't want to waste shelf space on old technology could possibly sit for a while if everyone has upgraded. We're a year and a half into the next gen and a lot of people have made the upgrade and now stores are pushing for the rest of the people to make the change

The last generation of consoles lasted for 10 years. That's unprecedented and will never happen again. The quicker they let go of the last gen the better, it was here for a bit too long anyways

I dunno :sadcam: habit, I guess. I only buy stuff online when i'm importing something or buying something rare/obscure that you can't find in stores. going down to my local store when a new game comes out is just what i've always done :yeshrug:
