It is what it is
That’s a whole lot of words to not give evidence that he a scammer for real
Let me check out the FDMG school website. He must surely have one. I mean he has only been collecting money from the black community since 2010. Surely his website has a wealth of information about the school, how much has been donated, and what the money is being used for.

He is after all the most requested black scholar of our time. He is the Prince of Panafricanisim. He is Umar Ifantude

What a professional looking site. Has the curriculum, accounting of donations to date, tons of information.

To bad it’s not Umars. :wow: This is the level of dedication we get from Umar.

The clip I watched last week of him on Maino podcast was pretty telling. None of that made sense. encouraging people to take hard money loans to buy distressed properties? Saying oh you lie to the lender about what you are spending, say you need 60k for the repairs, when it's only 40k.

You can make money in real estate and flipping houses is a real thing, but it requires a lot of capital, and a lot of labor from someone.

The idea that these dudes are helping people and all this hood millionaire stuff is nonsense. And what he was describing, not the way legit business works. 20% returns for 100k? That's like a 5 kilo deal return on on investment.

The social media part is even more insidious.

Na
It’ll be funny if she’s a C.I sent in by the feds. Those jokes seem a little sus.
Nah shyt was just so ridiculous anyone who had sense and wasn't desperate thought shyt was fishy

Someone posted Donell Rawlings cracking on him too

Joe Budden told Envy it's a scam and you going to jail when Envy tried to rope him in

In hindsight, it was only a matter of time before the feds came knocking

That’s why the Feds gotta come down on Envy even harder than Ceaser straight up… my uncle flip houses but he does that shyt on a small scale of 1 house at a time.. He will buy a foreclosed property, assess what it needs and will literally do all the labor himself give a take a few things but that entire process of him buying the house, fixing it up and reselling it takes him literally 4 to 5 months and that’s just one fukkin house..
