Nah. It's good for storing games and transferring them back and forth but not playing off of. You don't want network latency involved with gaming breh. I'd just get a big ass ssd and install it in my console or PC if I were you. 2 TB should be more than enough.

NAS is more for hoarding media like movies, photos, videos etc.

There's movies and shows that aren't even on streaming platforms. People cna only pirate them or hope they got a DVD or Blu-ray somewhere for sale. I dont doubt that shyt will happen to games too. My free streaming site has a better library than EVERY paid streaming site. Seriously damn near every modern American TV Show/Movie is on the free streaming site I use. Some of them free streaming sites have even BETTER features than paid streaming sites like Paramount plus for example. Paramount plus doesn't even have a feature that remembers the last episode you watched Peacock, Hulu and Netflix do but Paramount Plus does not The old Fmovies site remembered what episode you watched last.

Streaming services be just as bad as cable. The Govt needs to consolidate all streaming services into one package. Plus allow access to all American cinema made within American studios and production companies. The Govt should also fund all movie studios and tv studios to produce content under the new and improved WPA, as well as grants for independent creators.
