An excerpt that sums up what Thibs is about

Thibs was and is really with the shyts....

Wherever he lands, that team will be a better one instantly for having him. I wanted it to work with him coaching the Bulls, but as this season went on, especially in the playoffs, it was obvious that it was time for a change...

Ball really is life for thibs :wow:

OK, I guess? Hes probably one of the least 'hands on' owners in the league :ld:

It just seems both his teams have the same luck+washed up cheap players formula. I think its easy to blame thibs for running his players into the ground and he definitely did but I still think the lockout season had a lot to do with it,and Reinsdorf always been anti union. Not saying he could have single handedly stopped it, but I believe he was one of the main ones pushing for it. Though Im sure some of the players wanted him gone, its a stupid move to me cause theres no one out there better.

He ruined Joakim Noah's second half of his career. He was on his way to ruining Jimmy Butler. He wanted to play Luol Deng until Deng got a spinal tap.

He's medieval in his practice times/rotation minutes. plz don't hire him New Orleans.

:francis: welp here comes garpax golf buddy.....
and until the season in the words of Eminem I just don't give a fukk golf buddy or not. We needed a change so fukk it can't do nothing regardless of who they hire until I see what they do during the season next year. If its a Tim Floyd situation all over again I'ma be right there bytching but today nope ain't even concerned.

:aicmon: @Brozay YOU GOT 27 POSTS IN THIS THREAD.
CALM DOWN...
shyt NOT THAT SERIOUS.

YOU CAN DISLIKE THIBS ADJUSTMENTS & shyt ON THE FRONT OFFICE AT THE SAME TIME.

THERES NO NEED TO :cape: FOR THOSE RACIST fukkBOYS.

BULLS SHOULDA HAD SHUMP & JR.
I need to talk myself into believing (and its slow at work :manny:) , thats how I always process news like this. Every Bulls breh on here knows how much I have rode for Thibs over the years. This year felt different though, I dont think the players were still buying in 100%.

Ive been saying GarPax should have been gone, this whole Thibs situation makes it even more clear. They have consistently created toxic environments for coaches and were never able to properly make in season adjustments to put us over the top.

If the players dont want him back though ... doesnt it make it easier to let it go?

They trolled Thibs with the offseason acquisitions though ... just gave him players they knew didnt fit his system.

This shyt hurts man ... we just lost a great coach because of some bullshyt. Thibs was the cornerstone in propping us back up ... now what?

IM NOT EVEN UPSET ABOUT IT...
IM JUST SAYING THERES NO REASON TO CHOOSE SIDES.

THIBS HAD HIS FLAWS AND THE FRONT OFFICE BEEN bytch MADE.

I CAN SUPPORT THE COACHING CHANGE AND STILL PLACE BLAME ON fakkit ASS GARPAX.

HOPEFULLY THEY HIRE ALVIN GENTRY.
HE'S DONE WONDERS MAKING STEVE KERR LOOK LIKE A HEAD COACH.
I feel like I have been shytting on both sides, they are both at fault here. Sounds like Hoiberg already has the job, which is more shady shyt from our front office. Just speaks the to nepotism culture they have created (Jerry giving the team to his son, Pax hooking his brother up with a job, the hiring of Tim Floyd)

Just a horribly ran organization

Ill give Hoiberg a fair shake though, I have heard/read some good things :yeshrug:

Except every team in the league has copy Thibs defense at this point, and it aint some special formula like it used to be.

Bolded #1 is just flat out wrong. :heh:

Also, as for bolded #2, Thibs refused to hire a lead offensive assistant.
What :stop:

Nah, Noah is already an established NBA Player. He just sucks now, you guys overrate any player you have. NOw its Tibbs fault? :mjlol:
Bron cost that man his job...
I'd say John & Bradley last year did more damage than losing to Lebron who at least been there before
