Yeah and I wonder why that was.Good coach but he can only be successful with certain teams and a particular style...Bulls saw it play out for 5 seasons with no real playoff success and a losing record in the post season...add in that im sure key players on the team wanted him gone

They did make the right move, because you can't carry on with that disconnect between both parties, but it certainly wasn't justified. You say he can only be successful with a certain type of team, I say show me a coach in the league that would be successful with those Bulls teams over the last three to four seasons?They were justified and made the right move
They had higher expectations than second round,they felt and i agree Thibs will only take them so far...
Id say no coach probably would have got those Bulls much further esp against the Heat and without Rose...and all those coaches would have got the boot as well...
Do you have any thoughts on him losing the locker room as well? I think hes a great coach too, but you've been very one sided the past couple weeks on this subject
they basically demanded he cut certain players minutes so the run out of gas come playoff time
, he felt like management had no right to tell him how to coach 
, couldnt find common ground 
they'll just have him undergo a spinal tap and tell the media something else

C'mon, Buss. Pay Thibs head coach salary to be the defensive assistant for a year or two.
Apart of me wants Thibs to take a team to the Finals next season just so the world can see how incompetent the FO is.
Thibs can have success someplace else and it not be an indictment of the Bulls as far as Im concerned
He proved to be very stubborn here, and wore out his welcome with players/mgmt
If he could change his ways in some areas, I wouldnt be surprised to see him highly successful elsewhere
