I never understand why certain women feel like this statement is ok..its just like the "im a lot to handle", "I'm crazy" talk. I don't care how good you look you are getting dropped if something like this comes out of your mouth.

Ho's get into real estate/crypto/forex/MLM/entrepreneur shyt because they feel it gives them some type of 'respect' or legitimacy from society. It lessens the blow (no pun) for their ho behavior. It's like, "well now they have to respect me because I do real estate."
The truth is the barrier to entry is very low, you don't have to learn much, it sounds like you doing a lot but you not doing shyt, you don't need degrees, and most of the time they spend their days taking selfies in homes they can't afford.
I do real estate on the side.
