The apartment I currently live in is kinda old (think was built in the 60s), i guess they didnt do much in terms of sound proofing the walls. That being said, I often hear my neighbors above me scream at each other in a fight, or fukking really loud

This dude use to beat the shyt out of his baby mama. Its sounded like a wrestling match and then they would fukk at the end of the night. Dude got killed like a couple of months after I left from that area
