Think about reading novels after the technology blow up is that it's actually difficult. The uninterrupted focus is a skill I simply lack.

it was difficult for the longest. reading books felt primitive after looking endlessly at a computer or phone screen.
i would sit and read for 2 minutes as the goal and id en up reading for 4. then i just kept at it.
