Mic Geronimo having a song called Time To Build on his debut album in 95 featuring Jay Z (which was simply spelled JZ in the liner notes), DMX and Ja Rule. It was produced by DJ Irv (Irv Gotti)

Crazy how Mic Geronimo was hot before all of them
:heh:

Jay Z featured on Da Graveyard which was on Big L’s first album

Mr. Dalvin from Jodeci co producing the Rainy Dayz remix for Raekwon and Ghostface

Erick Sermon’s kid group from Philly, Illegal. What happened to them? I know they broke up. Jamal had a couple songs after that. Lil Malik randomly popped up on Doggystyle. I heard a rumor years ago Kurupt was trying to recruit him to Death Row since they had that Philly connection

Busta Rhymes getting out the crack game after being held hostage in a Baltimore crack house and almost losing his life

Common being an unofficial member of the Roots at one point

Smif N Wesson’s brief run as the Coco Brovas

Yes. It got leaked and it was initially billed as Dr. Dre featuring Eminem and 50. The entire roll out for those albums was Detox, Relapse, Before I Self Destruct. It didn't pan out that way and they even had another Dr. Dre and Eminem song ready that they tied into commercials for the big Mayweather fight that year. Only a snippet of that song exists.
You not talking about Die Hard are you?

Yes. That's the track that has a leaked snippet that debuted during a commercial for a Mayweather fight.

I also found where "Crack A Bottle" was originally Dr. Dre's. It leaked with a different title, but same beat. It was originally titled "Number One". They scrapped the video too.

I remember that. Thought they played the whole song before or after the fight or maybe it was just the part that you can find on youtube

When T.I. was released from the Feds in 2011, he released "I'm Flexin" produced by Big K.R.I.T. This was a huge look for K.R.I.T at the time. This was possibly the biggest artist he's worked with and it was a single. T.I. performed this at the BET Hip Hop Awards that year. Unfortunately, nobody EVER mentions the song.
