Except alot of the good wife material are going to be happily married with kids when they hit their 30s.

When you’re in your 30s and established making money...

Why the fyck would you want a woman in her 30s? :dahell:

Get you a dime piece that’s 25 with an amazing body, that graduated college, has a good head on her shoulders and :blessed:

That advice about married women is solid. If they messing with you, they gone mess with someone else too.

Plus, you also gotta consider the husband. Chances are he’s probably fukking around. Too much fukking around to be safe...

Because as a 37 year old talking to most people under 26/27 is downright one of the most annoying things ever. Especially in this day and age.

Of course, but then there's reality.

:snoop:

You guys are funny.

I gave tangible advice to younger brehs, and of course “it’s not reality” :mjlol:

If you’re a young man in your 20s looking at the rest of your life, I’ll reiterate. DONT fall in love in your 20s with a woman or with how pyssy feels. Don’t have a kid. Grind your face off until you’re in your early to mid 30s. Make money, stack money. You’ll be able to find a high caliber woman in her 20s when you have made some money, established yourself, and understand yourself, much easier than when you are in your 20s trying to figure it out.

Anyone can feel free to disagree. But logic should tell you that most women worth a damn in their 20s would love a more mature, well established man.

But do you. :yeshrug:

Everyone I know that met their spouse in college and got married in their mid 20s are still married with kids and successful, which is why I disagree. But yeah everyone who had a kid in their 20s and wasn't married...
:francis:

More simpler advice would be don't have a child out of wedlock at any age.

women seem to let their guard down from Thursday to Sunday (I don’t know if it’s due to the fresh cut or the weekend but it’s something I’ve noticed over the years).

You lose more than you win.

Sometimes the chase is the joy. Once you have it, it can be underwhelming.

Procrastination is the thief of time.

Time does fly. Tomorrow will more than likely come sooner than you expect it.

Perception is reality (unfortunately).

Repetition create habits. Habits are difficult to break.

Some of it is in your mind.

Speak it into existence.
